Within the application, use the menu on the right, then Update your information.

Your phone number cannot be changed. If this is the case, uninstall the application and redo a registration.

Utilisation

You forgot to indicate the departure time? No problem, the system will do it for you. After two hours the system will create a departure time for you. Moreover, all entries are reset at the end of the day.

When you try to enter the departure time, a message will appear telling you that the departure time is not valid. This may be due to the fact that the time on your phone is not exactly synchronised with the time on the server. We advise you to check that the time on your phone is correct. However, if you are still unable to enter the departure time, the system will automatically enter it for you after two hours.

Installation

The application has a dysfunction.

To correct this problem

  1. go to Android Settings
  2. go to Applications
  3. In SocialPass
  4. Then in Storage
  5. Then Delete the data.

For iPhones.

The application is not supported on iPhone 3 and 4. The IOS operating system must be greater than or equal to 10.

For Android

The IOS operating system must be greater than or equal to 5.

If your phone no longer supports GooglePlay (ex new Huawei)

You must install the application live with the following link

When installing SocialPass you will be prompted to enter your mobile number.

On some Android phones, the code is validated directly by the smartphone and shows you directly to the screen where you enter your information.

You should never leave your screen.

On iPhone, you will see the code displayed in the middle of the screen and you can then enter the 6 digits.

On Iphone

Turn on the camera in Settings

 


Depending on your mobile phone, validation can be automatic. The code can also appear on your current screen or in the sms box.

Currently,

This operator does not support sms sent from this application. This is  howerver used by all mobile applications to authenticate your mobile.

We are working to find a solution.

We have found that these phones do not currently allow a QR Code to be scanned.
We will correct this problem in a future version.

For now, please show your pass to the restaurant owner who will be able to scan your pass on your phone using SocialScan.

Show your Pass: this solution is used when the establishment scans your Pass with its phone.


Use the Show Your Pass function


Show your QR Code to the person in charge of the establishment

Scan the QR Code: this solution is used when the establishment asks you to scan its QR Code and show your screen to the waiter.


Use the Scan QR Code function


Scan the QR Code at the entrance or on the table


You must then validate your registration and show your screen to the waiter in order to be served.


Confirm your departure from the establishment

Confidentiality and data protection are an integral part of the basic philosophy of SocialPass. The solution is of course much more confidential than paper lists which are visible to everyone! When installing SocialPass, your data remains on your phone and is not in the cloud. The information about your presence in a location is stored on a server in Zurich, Switzerland for 14 days and is then automatically deleted. Only the cantonal doctor can access or request that the details be transmitted to him/her if he/she deems it necessary. All information is encrypted with a 256-bit key. They cannot be read, including your Qrcode. No data is used or shared for advertising purposes.
